Terms of Service

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to register an account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
• Each individual user may maintain only one active account.

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (email and password) and must not share them with third parties.
• You are solely liable for all activities occurring under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• If you notice unauthorized account activity, notify us immediately at legal@videohuz.com.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts when anomalous or suspicious activity is detected.

2.3 Team Accounts

Team Administrators (Admin / Owner) are responsible for supervising the activities of all members in their workspace. Permissions are configured via the RBAC matrix. Team Owners have full discretion to invite, remove, or adjust permissions for team members.

3.1 Compliance Obligations

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using VideoHuz, and covenant that you will:

• Only upload and publish content for which you possess legal ownership or necessary licenses.
• Not use the platform to create, host, or disseminate unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent materials.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, breach, or perform unauthorized vulnerability scans on our infrastructure.
• Not utilize AI features to produce deceptive misinformation, hate speech, or infringing content.
• Refrain from any activity that risks overburdening, disrupting, or compromising platform integrity.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

• Bypassing API rate limits or AI quota enforcement mechanisms.
• Deploying automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to extract platform data in bulk.
• Impersonating any individual or falsely claiming an affiliation with VideoHuz.
• Using third-party user data obtained through the platform for unauthorized commercial exploitation.
• Violating any developer policies or API agreements established by integrated third parties.
• Using automated video publishing channels to dispatch spam or conduct fraudulent marketing campaigns.

4.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all original materials (scripts, media assets, copy) uploaded to or created on VideoHuz. You grant VideoHuz a limited, non-exclusive license solely to:

• Host, process, and display your content within your private workspace.
• Transmit and publish your media to authorized third-party platforms strictly per your direct commands.
• Process text inputs through configured AI models to render requested creative outputs.

This license terminates automatically when you delete the respective content or cancel your account.

4.2 Platform Intellectual Property

The VideoHuz platform (including source code, UI designs, proprietary algorithms, brand trademarks, and documentation) remains the exclusive property of VideoHuz Global Operations. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or sell any aspect of the platform without prior written authorization.

5.1 AI Feature Notice

VideoHuz incorporates advanced LLMs (including Google Gemini and DeepSeek) to assist creators with drafting, rewriting, rubric scoring, and trend intelligence. Outputs generated by AI are provided for reference and creative assistance only, and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

5.2 Rights and Responsibilities

• Ownership：Rights in AI-generated outputs depend on terms between you and respective LLM providers. In general, you may claim commercial rights in final creative works incorporating AI drafts.
• Review Duty：You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content prior to publication to ensure factual accuracy and legal compliance.
• AIGC Transparency：When publishing AI-assisted media to platforms like TikTok via VideoHuz, appropriate AIGC disclosure markers will be attached automatically per platform requirements.

5.3 AI Restrictions

You may not utilize VideoHuz AI capabilities to create: false or deceptive news, hate speech, defamatory material, privacy-violating content, explicit adult content, or any assets violating third-party platform community rules.

6.1 OAuth Authorization & Account Binding

VideoHuz connects with third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) via official OAuth 2.0 protocols:

• You are redirected to official platform OAuth consent screens to approve explicitly requested scopes.
• We strictly apply the principle of least privilege, requesting only scopes essential for core operations.
• Your OAuth access and refresh tokens are securely encrypted in our database using AES-256-GCM.
• You can revoke authorization and disconnect accounts anytime via Matrix Config.

6.2 Content Publishing Rules

When dispatching content through Publish Hub to connected channels:

• You must configure visibility levels (Public/Friends/Private) and interaction settings (Comments/Duet/Stitch) for every post.
• The system queries real-time account capabilities and restricts conflicting options before submission.
• Every publishing action requires your explicit confirmation; we never post automatically without consent.
• VideoHuz never injects third-party watermarks or branding into your published videos.

6.3 Data Usage & Account Disconnection

Metrics retrieved via third-party APIs are used solely to populate your private analytics dashboard. Upon account disconnection:

• Associated OAuth tokens are immediately wiped from our live database.
• All cached third-party public metrics are permanently purged within 24 hours.
• Original creative drafts and scripts created on VideoHuz remain preserved in your workspace.

6.4 Third-Party Service Disclaimer

Platform availability, API modifications, and operational uptime of integrated services (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) remain outside our control. VideoHuz bears no liability for service interruptions caused by third-party API adjustments, but will make reasonable commercial efforts to update adapters promptly.

7.1 Compute Credit System

VideoHuz meters AI compute consumption through a Credits system. Credits are purchased securely via Stripe, and newly registered users receive an initial complimentary credit allocation.

7.2 Consumption & Metering

• Each AI invocation (continuation, polishing, scoring) deducts credits based on model complexity and token length.
• Credits once consumed are non-refundable; detailed deduction rates are specified in workspace quota settings.
• Workspace admins can audit full itemized billing logs in the Billing section.

7.3 Refund Policy

Purchased, unused credit packages are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Credit packages active past 14 days or partially consumed are non-refundable. If an abnormal platform error causes accidental credit deduction, contact support for prompt credit reimbursement.

8.1 Services Provided "AS IS"

VideoHuz services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure service operation.
• The absolute factual accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated text.
• Commercial returns, algorithmic reach, or viewer engagement resulting from Intel Radar insights.
• Guaranteed view counts, likes, or viral reach for videos published via the platform.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VideoHuz and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Service interruptions or degraded features caused by third-party API revisions.
• Penalties or account restrictions imposed by social networks due to your violation of their community guidelines.
• Content errors resulting from underlying third-party LLM model hallucinations.

In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to VideoHuz during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

9.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time via Team Settings. Upon account termination:

• All connected third-party platform authorizations are immediately revoked.
• Unused credits expire after a 30-day grace period (eligible for refund during the window).
• All personal profile and project data will be permanently purged within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Our Right to Suspend / Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases of:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms of Service.
• Use of the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Actions posing security threats to infrastructure or other users.
• Prolonged account inactivity (over 12 months without login), preceded by a 30-day email notification.

During suspension, your data is securely preserved. Post-termination data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

11.1 Amicable Negotiation

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Send notice to legal@videohuz.com; we will respond within 15 business days.

11.2 Arbitration

If negotiation fails, both parties agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. International users remain entitled to mandatory consumer protections under applicable local laws (including GDPR and CCPA).
